Why was there a need for an emergency?
Over the first week of August, the UAE has been facing extreme weather conditions with Fujairah receiving unprecedented heavy rains. The torrential rains and flooding has caused severe damage to cars, manufacturing facilities, properties and even led to many deaths.
All the authorities were working without hesitation to return back the lost Emirate to normal.
This was the time where our VFD repair services were in demand to revive a manufacturing plant which suffered huge losses. When we received the call for help, a dedicated team was formed to carry out a refurbishment of over 100+ VFD and Servo drives along with more than 50+ servo motors repair. This was carried out in a record 72 hours of turn around time with all the repairs carried out at the service center in Dubai.
With the recent global scarcity of semiconductors, the standard lead time for New VFDs are 3-4 months and Servo motors are 6-8 months. This has saved the customers huge capital expenses and more importantly time.
